The terms below govern your use of DedicatedLoop services. By ordering or using our services you agree to them.
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("Customer") and DedicatedLoop ("we", "us"). By placing an order, activating a service or using our infrastructure you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We provide dedicated servers, virtual private servers (VPS) and cloud VDS, together with related support. Service specifications, resources and pricing are described at the time of order. We may improve or modify infrastructure provided the contracted resources are maintained.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
You may not use the services to host or transmit content or to conduct activity that is unlawful or that harms our network or other customers, including but not limited to:
We may suspend services that violate this policy, where possible after notice, or immediately where required to protect the network.
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the term you select. Fees are due by the invoice date; services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes.
Because compute resources are reserved and allocated per customer, services are generally non-refundable once provisioned. Our team is glad to help you size the right plan before you order. Any specific money-back terms, where offered, will be stated at the point of sale.
We target 99.9% network uptime. If physical hardware underlying your dedicated service fails, we aim to replace it within six (6) hours of confirmed diagnosis. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure and customer-caused issues are excluded from availability calculations.
You are responsible for your own data and for maintaining backups. While snapshots and backup features may be available, you should not rely on us as your sole backup. We are not liable for data loss.
Either party may terminate a service at the end of its billing term. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Upon termination, data on the service may be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
